Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves thinking they can do what others cannot. Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. I can understand why someone might hesitate when listening to Obama’s idea (Iranian talks with no preconditions) which undermines the careful strategy of the coalition, in order to make a name for him self.
