With friends like the Democrats, black people don’t need any enemies. The latest Democrat poster child comes from Missouri, where Governor Jay Nixon delivers metaphorical lashes to his black constituents. As The Beacon reports:

“For the first time since 1971, there will be no African-Americans serving on the nine-person board [UM Board of Curators]. Each hails from one of the state's nine congressional districts, and all require confirmation by the state Senate. There also is a non-voting student representative.

The only African-American curator that had been on the board, Cheryl Walker, is officially off now that Nixon on Tuesday named her successor, former state Sen. Wayne Goode of Normandy, who is white. Both reside in the racially diverse 1st congressional district, where past African-American curators often -- but not always -- have resided. (All but one have come from the St. Louis area; the exception was one African-American curator, Angela Bennett, from Kansas City.)”

It’s just as well that Nixon put a stop to black representation at the university level, since blacks have one of the lowest college and university entry rates in America. That’s certainly not Nixon’s fault. It is black peoples’ fault for continuing to support Democrats like Nixon, however. Nixon Nixes Missouri Blacks

Obama made it very clear recently that the healthcare system he is proposing is for the healthy. That is the way, the only way he plans to control costs. If you are unhealthy, Obama may ask that you be "selfless," and not get on the system.

I watched as Obama backed himself into a corner of his own construction when discussing his own grandmother. He says on one hand that the government is not going to counsel old people to death or make them offers they can't refuse. He concedes however that the elderly and the terminally ill are responsible for a lot of the cost--cost is what he wants to control.

Using his grandmother Toots as an example, Obama squirmed while explaining that Toots likely should not have had her hip replaced, since she was dying of cancer and was 86 years old. Here was his comment:

“I don’t know how much that hip replacement cost,” Obama said in the interview. “I would have paid out of pocket for that hip replacement just because she’s my grandmother.”

“That’s where I think you just get into some very difficult moral issues,” he said in the April 14 interview. “The chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives are accounting for potentially 80 percent of the total healthcare bill out here.”

There is no hidden message here, as the message is crystal clear. Sometimes Obama is worse than Biden in revealing the truth, though he is sensitive to the idea not throwing Toots from the train. What he's not saying is he didn't want her on the train to begin with! Read more here...

ObamaCare is for the Healthy

What are all these taxpaying citizens attending the Townhall meetings so upset about anyway? The government doesn’t want to take over healthcare, despite Obama’s comments while campaigning:

“...won’t be able to eliminate employer coverage immediately...” or “I happen to be a proponent of single-payer healthcare coverage. That’s what I’d like to see.”

According to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D), the swastika-wearing mobsters are financed by the insurance industry! The new “boogeyman of the moment.” I verified that “Racism” is on vacation this week, thus unavailable to be the boogeyman.

The financing from insurance companies is paying off, because mobsters are donning Brooks Brothers at these protests. In fact, the mobsters are so well-dressed that they garnered the attention of Barbara Boxer. Boxer apparently is not used to mobsters in her hood being so dapper, and dare this Negro say...so uppity.

Mobs looking like working middle-class Americans?! Outrageous! Couldn’t the insurance company executives hire mobsters that look like the Democrats’ shills--scurrilous and unkempt, the true unwashed?! Apparently not, as ACORN was already under an exclusive contract with the DNC. So those ruthless insurance execs were forced to get middle-class Americans led mostly by conservatives! The good news is that under Obama there were many conservative middle-class Americans available due to massive job losses created by his policies. Read more here...

Pot smoking prostitutes, pimps, drug peddlers, and other perps may soon be in heaven. There is a possibility that they can deal, toke and have sex in the streets to their heart’s delight…as long as they “earn” for the government in California.

Along with the potential to legalize marijuana, California is also reconsidering an initiative that arose in 2008 to legalize and thus tax prostitution. The world’s oldest profession is reintroduced to the world’s second oldest profession...government!

If private citizens were to do what the government is proposing, they would be called drug dealers, pimps, and prostitutes and be carted off to jail—along with the people they “service.” However, when you are dealing with the government in a Democrat stronghold, California, led by a RINO, Governator Arnold Schwarzeneggar, you get the new definition of vices of drug dealing, prostitution, and pimping: Pharmaceutical sales, Sex Therapy, and Sex Therapy Management. All for the sake of “revenue enhancement.”

I’m sure all the pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers in America are happy to know that their professions carry new, more distinguished titles. These former outlaw professions are now considered noble enough for the government to not only sanction, but to participate in them. Read more here...
